Google sign-in information

We use this information to create or authenticate your Mockify account and do not receive your Google password.
Mock-test and learning data
We store the topics you submit, generated questions, your answers, scores, time taken, result history and related learning information so that Mockify can generate tests, display results and maintain your history.

If you submit feedback or a bug report, we may collect the message, category and any attachment you choose to provide.
Technical and usage information
We may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, session information, basic request logs and service-health or usage events. Some analytics information may be used in aggregated form to understand product usage and reliability.

3. AI-Generated Content
Mockify uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate questions and educational explanations. Information needed to produce the requested output may be transmitted to the AI service provider. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a topic prompt or feedback message unless it is necessary for your request.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate Mockify. Depending on the feature, these may include Google for authentication, Brevo for transactional email delivery, Groq for AI generation, Neon for database hosting, Render for application hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS and related infrastructure. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
5. Cookies, Sessions and Similar Technologies
Mockify uses browser storage and server sessions as necessary to keep you signed in, protect authenticated actions and remember limited application state. We may also use standard technical mechanisms required to operate the website securely and reliably.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and result history, support security, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or operational requirements.
