You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.
Email accounts authenticated through Google remain subject to these Terms. If you use Google sign-in, you also remain responsible for complying with Google’s applicable terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Mockify for lawful educational, preparation and practice purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mockify, another user’s account or internal systems.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt or interfere with the service or its security controls.

4. AI-Generated Content
Mockify uses AI systems to generate questions, answers and explanations. AI output can contain mistakes, outdated information, ambiguity or other inaccuracies. You should independently verify important information before relying on it for examinations, employment decisions, professional work or other high-stakes purposes.
Mockify does not guarantee that every question has a perfect difficulty level, complete coverage, error-free wording or an objectively optimal answer.
5. Educational Nature of the Service
Mockify is an educational practice tool. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialized advice. Test scores are intended for practice and self-assessment and should not be treated as official examination scores.
6. User Content
You retain responsibility for topics, feedback, messages and other content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit such content. By submitting content, you grant Mockify the limited permission reasonably necessary to process, store and display it to you and to operate and improve the service.
7. Intellectual Property
Mockify and its software, branding, interface, original text and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Mockify and are protected by applicable laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform without permission.
AI-generated questions may be generated from your requested topic and may not be unique to you. Mockify does not promise exclusivity of generated content.
8. Third-Party Services
Mockify depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, email, AI generation, DNS and related infrastructure. Third-party outages, policy changes or technical failures may affect availability. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.
9. Usage Limits
Mockify may apply daily, per-account, rate, generation or other usage limits. Limits may change over time and may be applied for capacity, abuse prevention, fairness, security or product reasons. Attempts to circumvent limits are prohibited.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to abuse, address security risks or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.
11. Availability
We aim to keep Mockify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation at all times. Maintenance, provider failures, network conditions, security incidents and other circumstances may cause temporary disruption.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mockify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, completely accurate, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mockify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, service interruption or third-party failures.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Privacy
Your use of Mockify is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
16. Changes to These Terms
